A bit about me....

Fused Glass "Peacock"- Advanced Winner of Craftex at Trades House Glasgow (SOLD)

Scottish roots.... For many years I had the good fortune of living, working and travelling the breadth of the UK. Around 2007 after a career break in London I found myself drawn back to my birthplace of Glasgow to fulfil my creative side in the art of making Traditional and Decorative Stained Glass and warm fused glass besides ceramics.

Soon after graduating, family drew me to the North East of Scotland and the idyllic Moray coast. Surrounded by fabulous scenery, an abundance of nature and wildlife I'm never lost for inspiration! And it was my fascination and attaining an award from the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow for drawing a 'Hare' in my formative years that led me to naming my business Wild Hare Glass.

Managing my time.... of which there never seems enough is spent fulfilling commissions and creating new Art works in my 'wee' Private Studio, tutoring Stained Glass Workshops or designing new Original Art works on Ceramics. In addition to this you will find me facilitating The Findhorn Village Art Group at The James Milne Institute based in Findhorn every Tuesday and Thursday morning throughout the year (Spaces permitting - All are welcome!). And when time allows I attend other Creative workshops or Networking Events that gives me the chance to collaborate with like minded artists or other professionals about up and coming opportunities and the like.
